Refund Policy for the Journal

We take great care in creating Let’s Music Club journals and hope they bring joy and inspiration to your listening journey. To ensure a smooth process, here’s our policy:

  • All Sales Final: We do not accept general returns or exchanges, so please purchase thoughtfully.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your journal arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Refund Policy for Live Events

At Let’s Music Club, our live and virtual events are designed to create meaningful experiences. We understand plans change, so here’s our policy:

  • Nonrefundable Deposit: A $10 deposit is required to secure your spot and is nonrefundable.
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
  • Cancellations: If you can’t attend, please let us know at least 24 hours before the event. This allows us to invite others to experience the rooms we’ve created. In such cases, we’ll refund everything except the $10 deposit.
  • Event Rescheduling: If we need to reschedule, your payment will be applied to the new date or credited toward a future event.
